Μπορώ να κάνω τις ρυθμίσεις μόνος μου ;Ναι. Η συσκευή έρχεται με εγχειρίδιο χρήσης-εγκατάστασης και η ρύθμιση είναι πανεύκολη.
Μπορώ να επικοινωνώ με την ζυγαριά όποτε θέλω ;Όχι. Έχετε την δυνατότητα να αποστείλετε εντολές κάθε φορά που δέχεστε μήνυμα από την ζυγαριά είτε αυτό είναι προκαθορισμένο μήνυμα είτε είναι μήνυμα συναγερμού ή κατά την εκκίνηση του συστήματος. Μπορείτε να την ρυθμίσετε και απομακρυσμένα στέλνοντας ρυθμιστική εντολή την οποία θα λάβει η ζυγαριά όταν ξυπνήσει.
Λειτουργεί με όλες τις εταιρίες κινητής τηλεφωνίας ;Ναι. Έχει δοκιμαστεί με όλους τους πάροχους κινητής τηλεφωνίας όπως και με δίκτυα στο εξωτερικό. Η ασύρματη σύνδση υποστηρίζει δίκτυα 2G/3G Quad-band EDGE/GPRS/GSM, DC-SPA+/HSPA+/HSPA/WCDMA.
Υπάρχουν κρυφά κόστη ;Όχι. Έκτος από το κόστος αγοράς πληρώνετε μόνο στην εταιρία κινήτης τηλεφωνίας για τα SMS ή τα δεδομένα.
Οι μονάδες στον αριθμό της κάρτας τελείωσαν. Πρέπει να βγάλω την κάρτα SIM από την ζυγαριά ;Όχι. Μπορείτε να φορτώσετε την κάρτα σας απομακρυσμένα σε κατάστημα του παρόχου σας ή μέσω διαδικτύου ή μεταφέροντας μονάδες από την δική σας τηλεφωνική συνδρομή.
Αν μου την κλέψουν μπορούν να την χρησιμοποιήσουν ;Όχι, αρκεί να αλλάξετε τον προκαθορισμένο κωδικό ασφαλείας. Χωρίς αυτόν η συσκευή είναι άχρηστη. Μόνο εμείς μπορούμε να επαναφέρουμε την συσκευή εάν χαθεί ο νέος κωδικός σας.
Μπορώ μελλοντικά να αναβαθμίσω την ζυγαριά να δεχθεί κάμερες?Ναι. Θα σας προσθέσουμε το επιπλέον κύκλωμα που θα αποτελείτε από κάμερα υψηλής ανάλυσης, νυχτερινής λήψης και PIR αισθητήρα κίνησης. Οι φωτογραφίες – βίντεο θα αποθηκεύονται στο διαδύκτυο χρησιμοποιώντας την υπάρχουσα SIM κάρτα της ζυγαριάς.
Πως κατοχυρώνομαι αν μετά την αγορά δεν είμαι ικανοποιημένος με την ζυγαριά?Από την στιγμή της αγοράς έχετε 2 μήνες δοκιμαστική περίοδο όπου μπορείτε να μας την επιστρέψετε επιστρέφοντάς σας τα χρήματα.
Μπορώ να το προσαρμόσω στις δικές μου ανάγκες ;Ναι. Μπορείτε να μας ζητήσετε ή να μας προτείνετε επιπλέον δυνατότητες. Αν παράδειγμα θέλετε μεγαλύτερη αυτονομία από τις μπαταρίες μπορούμε να τοποθετήσουμε επιπλέον μπαταρίες για διπλασιασμό αυτονομίας.
Ποια η χώρα προέλευσης ;Το Zygi είναι προϊόν εξ’ ολοκλήρου Ελληνικό. Ως εκ τούτου, θα μπορούμε να σας παρέχουμε συνεχή υποστήριξη και αναβαθμίσεις.

Can I send commands to the device whenever I want ?No. The device is most of the time in deep-sleep mode. Only whenever you receive an SMS the device is awake and for 10 minutes from that moment you can communicate with the device.
Are there any hidden costs ?No. You only have to pay for the cost per SMS or data to your mobile provider.
If the device is stolen is it usable ?The device has an unbreakable configurable password and without it the device is unusable.
Could I upgrade zygi to support camera in the future?Yes. The add-on will include a separate enclosure with a high resolution IR camera and a PIR radar sensor to upload photos and videos to cloud user space using the existing SIM card with the zygi scale.
